For years I was searching. Trauma work, breathwork, psychedelics, coaching, self-optimisation in every variation. I played through what was available. That is exactly how I know the traps and loops of this search. And I know where it ends.

From the start, one question has driven me: what is actually running in my system, and how much of it is even mine? This question pulled me deep, and it is the foundation of everything I offer today.

THE 90% QUESTION

90% of my life was a reaction to foreign programs: societal expectations, other people's opinions, fear, shame. Studies, work, relationships, where I lived. I wanted to know: what is actually a decision of mine? And what is a program I never questioned? That one question changed everything.

FOREIGN PROGRAMS COST ENERGY

Adopted foreign programs constantly drain energy because they must be permanently maintained. Genuine characteristics carry themselves. Once I could see this systemically, the work became clear: question convictions, redirect attention. Both together dissolved the programs.

ACTION CHANGES THE SYSTEM

I looked deep into my system through retreats, breathwork, and psychedelic experiences. Saw my programs, recognized my patterns, understood everything. The system changes through action. What works most is the moment when action comes before further analysis. The system rewrites itself completely through previously unknown actions and directions.

HONESTY MUST BE LIVED DAILY

The questions that scared me. The ones I wanted to avoid. The ones that hurt. Exactly those gave me the most. Honesty is a habit that must be lived anew every day. I still fail at it sometimes. And every time something in my life stops fitting, that was the lever: which side am I actually looking at right now?

I have seen this mechanics in others for years. As automatic perception. Where is someone lying to themselves? Which program is running? Where is someone genuinely themselves, and where is a performance running?
