This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of personal data processing on this website and within AXIS and Mission Navigator.

When visiting the website (automatically collected by hosting provider):

Browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of server request, IP address.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable delivery of the website).

When using AXIS (magic-link login + onboarding):

• Email address (for magic-link login)
• First name, last name
• Date of birth, time of birth (optional), place of birth
• Calculated numerology parameters (life path, expression, soul urge, destiny matrix)
• Calculated astrology and Human Design parameters (when activated)
• Pattern profiles generated by the system based on your data
• AXIS chat history and your own pattern ratings

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance, use of the AXIS tool) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent given at onboarding).

When using Mission Navigator:

• Your existing website account and separate Mission access permission
• Your information about your work situation, interests, tasks, resources, and personal constraints
• Setup drafts, progress, direction hypotheses, planned actions, and your reviews
• Optional calculated Destiny Matrix values and your related observations

Mission stores this information against your account in a separate data area at Supabase. An optional birth date is used to calculate the matrix in your browser and then discarded. The calculated matrix values can be stored.

Selected setup information is sent to Anthropic to generate personal direction suggestions. The name field and birth date are excluded from this request. Free text may contain personal information. Please only enter information relevant to your next career step.

The following services are used to operate this website, AXIS, and Mission Navigator:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): Hosting of website and API routes. Server logs.
• Supabase Inc. (USA, EU data residency available): Database for account, profile, charts, patterns, chat history, and Mission workspaces including drafts.
• Anthropic PBC (USA): Processing of chat inputs and generation of AXIS responses via Claude API. Calculation of pattern profiles. Generation of personal direction hypotheses and initial test suggestions for Mission.
• Voyage AI (USA): Generation of embedding vectors for knowledge base search.
• Resend Inc. (USA): Sending of magic-link emails for login.
• Cal.com Inc. (USA): Appointment booking via booking form.

These providers partially process data in the USA. The transfer is based on:

• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision by the EU Commission, 2023)
• Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR
• Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with each of the named providers

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide access to AXIS via magic link
• Calculate your individual energetic profile (numerology, astrology, Human Design, patterns)
• Operate the AXIS chat with context-specific responses
• Store your pattern ratings and use them for diagnostics
• Save your Mission progress across devices and suggest relevant directions, real-world tests, and next steps based on your information
• Deliver the website technically reliably

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

• Server log files: max. 7 days
• Magic-link tokens: 1 hour
• Account, profile, chart, pattern, chat, and Mission data: as long as your account exists. Upon deletion request, all associated data is removed within 30 days.
• Appointment bookings via Cal.com: according to Cal.com's retention policy

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies.

For AXIS and Mission to function, your access token is stored locally in your browser (LocalStorage) after successful magic-link login. This is technically necessary for authentication. You can remove it any time by logging out or clearing your browser data.

Mission also keeps an account-specific recovery copy of changes that have not yet been confirmed by the server. This copy is removed after successful saving. Clearing browser data removes local copies while preserving saved account progress. Public-site visitor analytics and session recording are disabled in the Mission workspace.

Technical cookies may be set by embedded third-party services (e.g. Cal.com).

You have the right at any time to:

• Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
