What is a program?

A program is a behavioral pattern that runs automatically in you. Some carry you, that is your nature and your strength. Some cost you energy. Both belong here. Mark what applies, and whether it carries you or drains you. To feel into it: the more something feels like "I can't do otherwise right now", the deeper the program runs.
